Hot new artist on the scene making a lot of noise in this music industry would have to be Oun P. This good brotha is making his rounds and letting people know that he's here to make his mark. With his single "Whatchu Talkin Bout" which features Fred The Godson, Lloyd Banks and Jadakiss, there's no telling what this brotha has next up his sleeve.
