all time favorite rosa clara collection

Selections from super gorgeous Rosa Clara 2010 collection. “The collection is inspired by two trends: One, simple lines with close-fiting gowns. And the other, spectacular volume.”

To start, a stunning floral embroidered tulle A-line dress, called Roger. The flower motif on a translucent layer adds a touch of magic to this feminine gown. Très jolie!

A beautifully-constructed strapless mermaid wedding dress in silk taffeta, Rialto. Love the fact that the pleating goes from vertical at the chest area to horizontal at the torso and back to vertical as it fans out dramatically at the bottom.

Very pretty silk organza gown with sweetheart neckline, Rodeo, that hugs and drapes neatly around the bodice and then bursts into layers of soft flowery ruffles.

Close-up of the above gown on the right shows nice contrast of sleek lines vs wild ruffles. Check out the very beautiful structure of the tea length brocade dress, Ronna, on the left. Looks like an origami! Nice use of pleats and darts as a design detail.

Another structured gown, this one called Ros. I’m in love with the gorgeous bow and simple, clean lines of this dress which has an adorable silhouette of a tulip bud . Oh! And pockets! How cute are wedding gowns with pockets?

Here’s silk tulle and silk organza dress called River,  that celebrates pleats and do so in a very refined and elegant manner. Yes, more pleats please!

The Spanish bridal couturier also houses wedding gowns designs by fashion designers such as Jesus Del Pozo, Christian Lacroix and Karl Lagerfeld.
