I am convinced Chris Brown enjoys being public enemy number one. A boy who is forever associated with violence, doesn’t seem to be able to think things through. If it were anyone else, this Halloween costume probably would have been funny, but since it’s Chris Brown, the mainstream media will have a field day painting him as evil, and let’s just say he’s making it easy.
