Jewels of Reverie: Yanes Young

Yanes Young is the little sister to Spanish jewellery line Yanes. With collections named after the magic of fairytales and youth – like Moon Shadow, Twinkle, Sparkle, Snowfall, Twilight and Stardust – the campaign promoting them needed to be equally fresh and magical.

Enter Leyla Ugarte, who did the creative direction on the ‘Jewels of Reverie’ photographic campaign. Says Ugarte, “when designing and shooting these photos, I got unconsciously inspired by everlasting envisions we all have in our collective imagery: from Tinker Bell or Michael Jackson, to Steven Spielberg or Georges M li s’s works.”
