Azealia Banks was in Brazil for some shows and chatted with Mix TV about some of her latest projects, including her collaboration with Lady Gaga. The Harlem rapper says they recorded a pair of tracks, “Red Flame” and “Ratchet,” the latter of which has the not-so-daunting task of living up to the legacy started by LL Cool J‘s new single of the same name. Of the music, Banks said, “I don't know what [Lady Gaga's] doing it with it, but she's going to release it when she wants to release it, but I'm really excited about it."
Banks and Gaga worked on the songs via email, however one star Banks linked up with in the studio was Kanye West. Yeezy got word that Banks was vacationing in Hawaii so he invited her to his secret island lair/studio. Check out the full interview after the jump.
