Yesterday the internet was ablaze with the news that Wyclef Jean had wrote about his secret love affair with Fugees bandmate, Lauryn Hill, in his new book. Some of us may have already knew about this love affair gone wrong, while others were shocked and surprised with Wyclef's revelation. Nevertheless, the story was a topic of conversation for everyone in the Hip Hop world.....and why wouldn't it be considering Wyclef is coming out with his very own autobiography titled "Purpose".
In the new book, Wyclef explains that while he was married, he carried on an ongoing love affair with bandmate Lauryn Hill where a child was produced. Lauryn had lied to Wyclef saying that the child was his, but in actuality, the child was Rohan Marley's! Wowzers! Talk about a Maury moment!

I like the fact that Wyclef said if he wanted to really throw Lauryn Hill under the bus, his book would've been about 3,000 pages long. Instead, Wyclef chose to go the correct route and just mentioned what happened. Very classy my friend. Very classy.
