Dressed in a black bralet and Jean-Paul Gaultier sheer pants, Miley was all smiles for her fans and the paps. She accessorized the revealing ensemble with several blinged-out jewelry pieces. But the most blinged-out of them all is the Chanel chain belt that was bedazzled with sparkly diamond stones!
