LaForce + Stevens is looking for a Digital + Social Media Strategist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading and emerging brands in the fashion, lifestyle, consumer products, wine and spirits categories. We're looking for savvy social media marketer who can develop comprehensive social media strategies to support clients' overarching marketing goals and objectives. From blogger partnerships to social media campaigns to custom app development, we're looking for a candidate that lives and breathes digital and has a finger on the pulse of tastemaking communities. The ideal candidate has agency experience managing client accounts and pitching new business.



Responsibilities:
Client Account Management and New Business Development
Create innovative custom digital marketing concepts across digital, social and mobile platforms for existing clients and new business pitches
Develop growth and engagement strategies for clients across multiple social channels, as well as develop best practices for driving community engagement
Ensure all proposals are strategic, innovative and support client objectives
Manage client relationships and serve as the client's main point of contact on select projects
Present new business proposals to high-level executives and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the social/digital landscape



Digital and Social Strategy
Constantly research new digital trends, platforms and experiences that can inform our proposals and strategy
Mentor and provide training to agency on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks
Create blogger outreach programs that will drive social chatter for product launches or campaigns
Define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success
Ideate and help develop custom content initiatives, from videos and collaborations to custom apps for Facebook, web and mobile



Qualifications:
3-5 years social media strategy and/or digital PR with account management experience, preferably at an agency
Bachelor's degree within related field
Experience pitching new business and client presentations
Active use and professional knowledge of established and emerging platforms are a must, including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, Foursquare, Vine, Viddy, SocialCam, etc.
Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to: Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, Radian6
Relationships with bloggers, blogger networks and related industry experts across fashion/style, food, wine/spirits, travel, home/design, DIY, photography, lifestyle
Ability to manage several projects and accounts simultaneously
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Extremely detail oriented and organized
Strong time management skills
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Experience working with fashion and lifestyle brands is a plus
Experience with paid digital media strategy is a plus
