Okay, we've seen enough celebrities wearing fringed clothing to deduce that it is, indeed, the hottest skirt trend today. We've been suspecting that this '40s flapper trend will make a come back soon but it looks like it's already here.
If you don't want to be left behind, pay attention to how these women styled theirs:
1. Wear it with a fitted sweater

British model Sarah McDonald looked fabulous in her black fringed skirt that she wore with a simple black sweater and a pair of black pumps. She spiced up the all-black look by adding a pop of red courtesy of her bag.
2. Style this with a long vest

Even Kim Kardashian, she who always wears pencil skirts, has deviated from her signature look to don this Roberto Cavalli fringed skirt. She paired it up with a sheer top, a long velvet robe and a pair of strappy sandals.
3. A contrasting printed sweater can also work
Lily Collins and other celebrities arriving at the Chanel Catwalk Show in Paris on July 8, 2014
The ever-lovely Lily Collins was among the first we spotted wearing a fringed skirt. She attended the Chanel F/W 2014 show a few months back wearing a metallic fringed skirt, a contrasting printed sweater, a pair of striped pumps and a fringed bag.
Fringed skirts are not the only things making a buzz right now. Fringed dresses are also in demand. Check out these celebrities who wore one:
