You can never have too many tulle/tutu skirts—lovely pastel colors, and even better? a stretchy waist and well-priced!
Really awesome to customise too! Buy some cheap metallic embroidered star patches, ribbon roses, bows or any other trims/bits (You can find those supplies for cheap off etsy or ebay too!) and hand sew them onto the first layer.
