Meet the Top 10 Jacket Bloggers of October 2014

We can't stop the days from speeding by but we can keep up with the multitude of awesome looks created by stylish bloggers. We're so thankful October has started getting cool because we've spotted quite a number of enviable outerwear! Here are our favorites:

1. Meri Wild from Poland

Meri Wild

Meri Wild channelled her inner school girl with this cute, preppy style outfit spiced up by her striped coat. The coat pretty much sealed the deal for us. We'd get our hands on a similar one in a heartbeat given the chance!

2. Kim from Seatlle

Kim

Kim2

Would you wear a floral-printed coat this season? We would if the said coat looks just like Kim's. It's the perfect statement jacket to wear over a black ensemble.

3. Nika from Ukraine

Nika

Nika2

We're currently swooning over Nika's versatile check vest. It just has a lot of possibilities. Wear it over a dress or a sweater and skinny jeans ensemble just like what she did in here.

4. K from Minneapolis

K1

The swoon factor is also present in K's attire. The soon-to-be mom looked perfect in her plaid, belted coat.

5. Iuliana from Romania

Iuliana

Iuliana2

It's been a while since we've seen a coat as adorable and quirky as Iuliana's. This is a classic camel coat made more fun with the addition of heart prints. Love!

6. Kayla from Germany

Kayla

It's not just Kayla's moto jacket we have eyes on. It's her entire outfit! That pair of culottes, those multi-strapped pumps and that crisp white button down shirt together with the leather jacket made up an interesting ensemble.

7. Cristina from Spain

Cristina

The fringe trend is going strong by the minute and what better way to jump into it than with a cute fringed jacket? Cristina's suede piece sure can keep conversations rolling.

8. Christina from Atlanta

Christina

We have mad love for Christina's pastel blue Burberry coat. It just cheers you up instantly! Plus, she also did a great job styling it with that pair of booties and fur Dior bag.

9. Katerina from Russia

Katerina

To say that Katerina looked amazing in her blue dress coat is an understatement. She looked like a star in a Wes Anderson film with that lovely classic coat and wide-brimmed hat on.

10. Alison from Canada

Alison

We're having a serious case of coat envy here. Alison's outerwear boasts of large buttons at the front and a two-tone design that mingled both modern and classic.

These outfits should keep your creativity replenished for as long as the cold season persists. Which one is your favorite?

Meet the Top 10 Skirt Bloggers of September 2014

Can you believe it's October already? Time sure flies! The only thing that makes us happy to say goodbye to summer is the promise of fall and cozying up in cute plaid skirts and fluffy knitted sweaters.

Before we get carried away by the impending fall vibes, let us first show you the skirt outfits that made our hearts leap last month:

1. Elizabeth from United States

Elizabeth

Tired of the all-white or all-black trend? Why not go all-lilac just like what Elizabeth has successfully done in this outfit? This is such a whimsical skirt but the sporty top gave the ensemble a more interesting flair.

2. Kiara from California

Kiara

Now this is a skirt you'd love to have in your closet. The origami-style pleated skirts are very trendy these days but the A-line shape and the checkered print of Kiara's skirt make this a seasonless piece you'd find yourself wearing over and over again.

3. Iida from United Kingdom

Iida

Don't you think Iida's H&M skirt is so versatile? It can go from day to night with just a few tweaks in styling!

4. Luba from Spain

Luba

Here's how you can pull off an animal-print skirt: wear it with a t-shirt and cap off the look with a leather jacket. Luba's styling is flawless!

5. Manuella from Bucuresti

Manuella

How adorable is Manuella's flared skirt? That ribbon detail at the waist had us swooning!

6. Chantal from New York

Chantal

Who said you should say goodbye to your cheerful colored clothes this season? Follow Chantal's footsteps and don a matching lace top and skirt in a cheerful yellow color and wear a coat to give it an autumn vibe.

7. Laurielle from France

Laurielle

We're so smitten with Laurielle's entire outfit! That gingham skirt is a nice piece to pay homage to the remnants of summer. She looks like she could be shooting a summer lookbook!

8. Emily from California

Emily2

Time to bring out your plaid skirts ladies! Do what Emily did and wear it with your comfiest sweater. Now finish off the school girl look with a satchel bag and a pair of ankle-strap pumps.

9. Sam from Netherlands

Sam

Sam sure knows how to dress up in those days teetering between summer and fall. The matching striped sweater and skirt is decidedly summery while the overcoat is a great piece to kick-start this new season.

10. Yvonne from United States

Yvonne

Colorblocking has pretty much become a classic styling trick. Try something like what Yvonne did here - that aquamarine pencil skirt and green top reminded us of vacations in a beach during a sunny summer day.

That wraps up our September. What did you think of our picks?

Taylor Swift Just Can’t Get Enough of Oscar de la Renta Floral Dresses!

Taylor Swift may not exactly be your run-of-the-mill edgy pop artist but she certainly holds herself well in the fashion department with her selection of 40s, 50s and 60s-inspired ensembles. Her day time looks are always classy, put-together and charming.

We'd like nothing more than to peruse her amazing collection of dresses. Just check out the newest addition to that:

Taylor Swift wears a floral summer dress while out and about on a sunny day in the East Village, Manhattan in New York on June 20, 2014

The country/pop singer wore a summery floral dress from Oscar de la Renta. It would seem like Taylor is a fan of the brand's S/S 2014 collection because she wore another dress from that collection a few weeks ago.

This time, the retro lover wore this particular piece:

We love how Taylor chose to wear this floral number with a pair of green pumps and a green bag to provide contrast to her adorable day dress.

We definitely share the singer's love for floral dresses. Thankfully, there's a multitude of those around. So if you fancy copying Taylor's feminine style and you want more alternatives, try to get these dresses:

Jennifer Lawrence Does Dior Proud in a Guipure Crop Top

Jennifer Lawrence has had her share of red carpet hits and misses since stepping out into the spotlight around three years ago, with the fashion police going easy on then-19-year-old up-and-coming actress since she was only starting to make a name for herself. At 19, the actress was cast alongside big names such as Halle Berry and Hugh Jackman for the X-Men series, but failed to get international recognition since her character Mystique required that she become unrecognizable onscreen. It wasn't until The Hunger Games was released in 2012 that Jennifer was catapulted straight into the Hollywood spotlight and into the not-so-loving arms of tough fashion critics.

In November of 2012, Jennifer hired the much-coveted stylist to the A-list celebrities, Rachel Zoe, who produced her first big moment on the red carpet at the 2013 Oscars. We're not sure if it was the gorgeous voluminous Dior Couture gown that Rachel Zoe dressed her in (or the fact that she tripped on her way up to the stage to claim her award) that blew up her red carpet moment to epic proportions, but one thing is for sure - Jennifer is no longer letting her style guard down. The actress arrived at the Paris Fashion Week for the Christian Dior show clad in none other than Dior from their Resort 2014 collection.

Jennifer picked out a guipure lace cropped top and matching wool pants ensemble for the show. The beautiful guipure lace top is echoed in the pants by running a lace strip down one leg of the wide-legged pair. Guipure has been a favorite of designers for the last few seasons because it lacks the mesh that usually acts as the foundation for the lace, making the patterns stand out on their own even more. This type of lace has been made even more famous when Victoria's Secret models Miranda Kerr and Candice Swanepoel donned gorgeous guipure dresses from the Australian brand Lover.
